CANCELLATION POLICY
💕 Cancellation & Booking Policy – Hair by Madie Paige Hey love! 💖 To keep things running smoothly and make sure I can give every client the time and attention they deserve, I do have a simple cancellation policy in place. * If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24–48 hours of your appointment, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. * If you no-call / no-show, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This is because your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I often prepare and purchase products ahead of time specifically for your service. When an appointment is missed, that time and product go unused. 💳 Card on File A card on file is required to book all appointments. Don’t worry—it is only charged if the cancellation policy is violated (or in the case of a no-show). By booking with me at Hair by Madie Paige, you’re agreeing to these policies.
